What does that mean?
Net Promoter Score is a ranking system from -100 to 100 that measures a customer’s overall satisfaction, or what we like to call the Cynergy Experience. A score higher than 50 is considered “Best in Class.” Can you guess what we’re ranked?
Surpassing our goal in quality ratings, we rose 25% in the past year to 93 for 2017! With our client experience scores competing with the likes of Amazon, USAA and Apple, we are beyond excited to hold this rating!
Of the surveys we received from customers, our project managers received a 100% in quality. Another noteworthy fact, all of our ratings increased in 2017: Speed and Accuracy, Target Dates, Periodic Updates, Advice and Guidance, Communications and Dialogue, and Cynergy as a whole!
